Concrete & Shadow

A brutalist residential renovation in Zurich, where raw concrete forms meet deep aubergine shadows and tactile brass details under low-angle afternoon light. This space represents our commitment to structural honesty.

MATERIAL DIALOGUE

Tactile Restraint

We paired raw poured concrete walls with aged brass fixtures and deep plum velvet upholstery. The materials do not compete; instead, they elevate one another through contrasting textures and deliberate light absorption.

Every junction is detailed with absolute precision, allowing the heavy monolithic forms to feel grounded yet structurally expressive. The architecture reveals its depth slowly as daylight shifts throughout the interior volumes.

COLLABORATION

We work with clients who value architectural gravity and raw material integrity. Let us discuss how to shape your next residential or commercial project with structural moodiness and tactile restraint.
